The spacious and modern condo is located in the heart of the downtown right next to Eaton's Center (Toronto's downtown shopping center) and Dundas Square (location for free concerts for example) - right on the subway line and within walking distance of all downtown Toronto tourist destinations. It is found in a prestigious high-rise (see the building's site: http://pantagestower.com/ ) located on the 26th floor that allows for a good view of the city.

Toronto is the largest city in Canada with its own attractions (ex. most multi-cultural city in the world!) and/or you can use it as a base for exploring the province of Ontario (the nearby, world famous, Niagara Falls, Great Lakes, tourists could also explore the nature in Ontario's provincial parks where you can ski/snowshoe/etc. in winter or hike/camp throughout the year) or maybe as a part of your trip to N. America (ex. New York, Chicago, Montreal & Ottawa are within driving, ~10 hrs, distance).

Open to ideas. My ideal 1st house-swap destination would likely be London, UK; or maybe some other major city where flight cost would be 'reasonable' (hm, would love to go to San Francisco for ex.) but in general - indeed 'open' and depends on timing/friend's availability/what comes up.

This is the first time I'm looking at a house-swapping but I have done couchsurfing (www.couchsurfing.org - where you travel staying with locals who are willing to allow you the use of their couch for free often showing you around - I both traveled and hosted) and that was such a positive experience that I want to try other alternatives for traveling .

I am single in my early 30s but ideally if I am able to swap homes I would find a friend to travel with me to enjoy the destination.
