The Sutton cottage has high cathedral ceiling in the living + dining room.
Extremely quiet area (calm street, forested area), walking distance from the 80km + hiking trails. You may visit typical historical villages (Knowlton, Frelighburg), or even go to the USA (15 min to the border). There are also art galleries, wine tour (even in winter!), nice restos, Spas (nordic baths and saunas) and relaxing centres.

...ARE INCLUDED:
- 2 rooms (One Queen + 1 Double BEDS) + 1 Couch-bed (foldable bed) in the living room
- Living room with fireplace + WOOD provided.
- Fully equipped kitchen (fondue, deserts, special pan to cook "crępes" or pancakes, espresso machine, etc.)
- Television/DVD player, library (book shelves) with hundreds of books of all kinds, Scrabble and other games, big windows allowing nature observation.
- New drying/washing machines.
- Beds are "ready" to welcome you (cleaned sheets). Shower towels provided.
- Wireless INTERNET
- Vast outdoor veranda (wood patio) for meals and reading. Nice and new patio set (not the one shown on picture).

Sutton town : an artist village: craft and design boutiques, antique shops, bakery, natural products shop, IGA supermarket, video clubs, SAQ, "Caisse populaire", touristic information centre, eco-shops, cooking shop, etc.
