Close to transit (including Sky train), Freeway, ferries, US border, Fraser Valley and the North Shore Mountains which includes the 3 ski mountains; Cypress, Grouse, and Seymour. We are 2 hours away from the world famous resort of Whistler and 4 hours to the Okanogan where the dry “champagne powder” mountains are located; Big White, Silver Star, Sun Peaks, and Apex. Our home has; 3 bathrooms (2 full) 2 gas fire places, gourmet kitchen, great room with separate living room with 25’ vaulted ceiling, HD satellite TV on 50” flat panel, high speed internet (wifi), and outdoor patio with Barbeque. We are kid friendly and have 2 cats that are self sufficient with minimum care by you.

Winter olympics 2010 and Christmas 2008 swap! The deal; we will swap our house for your above average Beach front property house/condo which has a minimum of 2 bdrm straight across for 2 weeks during the Winter Olympics held in Vancouver Feb, 2010 which is an extremely good deal as places in Vancouver are starting at $1,500.00 per week and a house like ours would be in the $2,500.00 to 3,500.00 per week range , the catch is we also want to swap this Christmas 2008 for 2 weeks straight across, as you can see this would be a good deal for both of us, both winners!
