We have a large house in Smithers, British Columbia, Canada, a pristine and prime location for downhill, cross-country and backcountry skiing. Get away from the crowds and enjoy affordable skiing and entertainment, and countless winter adventure opportunities.

Our house can easily accommodate 8 people, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens. Great neighbourhood, walk to town to restaurants, cafes and shopping. 2 fireplaces and mountain view. We have no pets.

We are looking for a house, preferably on the beach, with at least 2 bedrooms. We have 2 young kids.

Ideally we would trade during March-April 2010, for 4 to 8 weeks.

Language of communication: English or French
