our home is a comfortable 2 bedroom ranchouse, with a fabulous view of hudson bay mountain out the patio doors. the weather is much more agreeable than winnipeg, altho the temperature might hit minus 20 for a day or so in the winter.
smithers is a wonderful small alpine town of 5000 friendly people. main street is still the center of commerce. hudson bay mountain ski area is 20 mins from the back door. skiing conditions are superb and lift fares are very reasonable.
