We’re offering a modern 3-bedroom 2-story house in an upscale residential district of beautiful Quebec City. It sleeps 6 (one Queen and two double size beds) and has a total living area of 2350 sq. feet (218 sq. meters). The house has 1 bathroom and 2 WC's, is equipped with all modern amenities (dish washer, washing machine and dryer, cable TVs, DVD, Home theater, PS3, computer with high speed Internet, propane grill/BBQ, patio for outdoor dining, piano, guitar, etc.), has electrical heating, a wood burning stove to create the right ambiance and an above ground swimming pool to cool down during the warm summer months. Powercenters are 5 minutes away and historical downtown is a 15-minute drive. You’ll find Quebec City to be home to world-class dining and to a rich cultural and historical heritage. It’s also home to a lively nightlife and friendly folks. Weekly house cleaning service and winter snow removal is included. We take good care of our property and we pledge to do the same with yours.

Quebec City has tons to offer and has been voted by Today’s Parent as Canada’s best city. Travel and Leisure magazine ranked Quebec City 5th on its top ten vacation cities in the US and Canada (best among Canadian cities). Who can resist the Old City’s European flavoured architecture with its jewel the Chateau Frontenac amidst the surrounding fortifications set high above the majestic St-Lawrence River?

Summer in Quebec City : Come discover Old Quebec City, play golf, go bicycle riding on numerous trails (4 bicycles and car biclcle rack available), take a whale sightseeing tour, visit the parks and museums, go hiking, fishing, camping (equipment can be made available) or just relax at the Summer Music Festival (July), etc.

Winter in Quebec City : Come for the snow! 3 alpine skiing resorts are within 20, 30 and 45 minutes drive respectively, see, or better yet, stay overnight at the Ice Hotel, go ice-skating, snowshoeing (we have 4 pairs available), snowmobiling (rentals), go for a dog sleigh ride, see the famous Winter Carnival (Feb.), etc.
