Our home is a 3 level townhouse with spectacular views of Golden Ears Mountains, Mount Baker and the Fraser River.
The spacious master bedroom includes a queen size bed and en suite. There are 2 additional bedrooms; a child's room and a spare bedroom with a queen size bed.

The backyard includes a patio set and BBQ.
Living area is large, including living room, family room and kitchen.

We are located in a beautiful, quiet community.

There is a playground and park nearby (easy walking distance.) Great bike/walk and hiking trails along the Fraser River and wooded areas.

Port Coquitlam has many recreational facilities, lots of outdoor activities, many trails.

Golden Ears National Park is a 30 minute car ride East.

15 minute bus to Skytrain, which will take you downtown Vancouver.
Vancouver is 40 minute by car - heading West.

North Vancouver is 25 minutes drive

Whistler is a beautiful, 2 hour scenic drive.

About Home Exchange Owners :

We are a couple in our early 40's currently looking to do a home exchange in the maritimes (Shediac area or Memramcook) for flexible dates during summer months and Christmas as we have family there (our son's grandparents). Eric is English speaking from BC. Karine is French Acadian from New Brunswick.

We are non-smoking, working professionals, parents of a 4 year old. We will treat your home with respect as we hope you will ours.
