Niagara on the Lake is one of the oldest Towns in Ontario with a History of the French, British and American Wars of 1812. The Town has been deemed one of the prettiest towns in Canada. There is the Famous Shaw Festival from April 1st to November 1st. The restaurants are some of the best in the world along with the shopping. Beautiful lake front parks adorne the town with some of the best walking and bikeing paths in the world. What has made Niagara on the lake so famous also is the many winerys and gardens in the area. Niagara Falls is only a short drive and so is the United States border. The golfing is some of the best in the world with hosting the oldest Golf Course in North American
The battle of 1812 will be displayed with 2000 actors next year..
