Authentic 1000 s.f. loft, old industrial building, 7'2'' Boston grand piano, great view of Montreal buildings; open area, only the bath room has a door. 10 min. walk to subway, Old Montreal, Old Port, Lachine canal, bike path. Very easy access to highway. The loft is located on the second floor of an industrial building. There are 2 other lofts in the building but with no adjacent walls. The neighborthood is very safe and quite trendy (the restaurant LE LOCAL is next to the building). Possibility of using a 2011 Totoya Matrix. Washer & dryer, espresso machine, computer and internet access. Great restaurants and art galleries at walking distance. My wife is early 50s, a piano teacher for 30 years. I, early 60s, own my own business and have been practicing karate (JKA) for over 40 years. We enjoy music, art, wine and caffe latte... We have no TV set but books and CDs.
