We live in a really cool house in a really cool area in Montreal, near subway, park, market, café, bar, resto, little Italy and
we would like to visit family in Huntington Beach during next winter (minimum January, February and March) We would like to swap our house with yours. Our place is nice, fairly big (1245 sq/ft), clean and old house with a modern touch. It is very nice place to live. It has 1 master bedroom, 1 kid's bedroom, Big leaving room and dinning room and a big modern kitchen. It is the ground floor apartment of a triplex. It is a very quiet place. The baby's bedroom can be change into an normal bedroom. Garage for a small car in the back. Laundry is in the baseman. |
