It's a very nice 3 bedroom apartment, tastefully furnished and artistically decorated. Sunny all day round, two balconies, 1 master bedroom, 2 rooms each one with a single bed, living room with a very comfortable sofabed, dining room with rustic style, large kitchen, small studio. Our place is located in Rosemont, an artist growing community yet in quiet and safe neighbourdhood. Within 15 minutes walk to Plateau Mont-Royal, the oldest artistic venue in Montreal. Near all facilities, metro stations and bus. Montreal is an easy-going city, with much diversity, a very active cultural life (museums, art galleries, theaters, cinemas, historic sites, restaurants, etc.), with nice intown natural areas where to have a walk. Montreal is also close to outdoor attractions (hiking, skiing, etc.), driving North towards the Laurentides Mountains or South towards the Eastern Townships near the US border.
