We have a 1100 sq ft (>100 sq. m) condo in downtown Montreal. Our place is nicely furnished with all appliances (dishwasher, washer, drier, fringe, stove/grill) and very spacious. The building has a doorman and security as well as heated (in the winter) pool and sauna, large terasse. Our place is located in the golden square mile - green area near the park and Mont Royal mountain; 2 blocks away from all museums, nightlife, festivals, shopping, 3 min walk from metro station and major universities. An indoor garage is available in the building for you use as well.
