Exchange Zones

I am a 30 year old single woman looking for a one-person apartment in Somerville or Cambridge. I will be doing a post-doctorate at Harvard School of Public Health. I would be interested in an exchange for a 4-12 months duration, starting end of August or early September.

My apartment is sunny and very well situated. There is one double bedroom, one living room, and one eat-in kitchen (700 square feet). It is a beautiful apartment: wooden floor in every room, woodwork, stained-glass windows. There are 2 balconies, one on the front and one on the back. There is a fridge, stove, washer and dryer, TV, DVD, sound system, etc.

It is situated on a quiet street with big trees in the trendiest neighbourhood in Montreal (Plateau Mont-Royal). 1 min walk distance from Mont-Royal Street where all the services can be found (grocery, fruit market, bakery, restaurants, clothing stores, etc.). 15 min walk from the subway; several bus lines nearby.
