Exchange Zones

Our house is situated in Montreal's largest residential neighbourhood: Rosemont, just North of the 1976 Olympic Stadium/Botanical Gardens. Decorated in the "Country somewhat Victorian" style, it includes 3 bedrooms, 1 queen bed, 1 double bed and 1 twin bed, a large fully equipped kitchen: fridge, range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc., a large living/dining room area with flat large screen cabled TV, DVD, CD, stereo, etc., 1 bathroom with bathtub/shower and a laudry room with washer & dryer. A cozy garden in the backyard is apropriate for outdoor meals. Parking is easy in front of the house and all services can be found within walking distance: commercial center, supermarkets, stores, restaurants, parks, public pools, buses, etc. We are non-smokers and travel without pets, we would appreciate if our future exchangers would also be, if not... that they would smoke outside our house.
