Exchange Zones

Detached home (5 years old). Stainless steel appliances. Queen size bed in master, single beds in 2 bedrooms and futon in another bedroom. Located in Milton. 45 minutes from Toronto (East of us) and 45 minutes from Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake (West of us). Milton is a growing town (population: 85, 000). We have some lovely natural areas (Escarpment - Rattle Snake Point) for hiking. There are 2 pools in the town and a movie theatre and a few Beach areas (Valen's, Kelso, Rockwood). It is close to Lake Ontario (40 minutes south of us). Canada's Wonderland is 40 minutes north of us and Toronto Zoo is 50 minutes east of us. The town of Milton is located right on Highway 401 so it makes it easy to get to other places for day trips. End of the summer has the Canadian Exhibition to go to and Ontario Place. The museums and galleries in Toronto are easy to get to via the subway (40 minute drive from house to subway).
