Cottage in the north area of Montreal; 5 minutes bus ride from a subway station. Nice family area (lots of parks, near the river). Tons of festivals in the summer time (Francofolies, Jazz fest, formula 1 grand prix, festival des films du monde, Just for laugh, etc.). We have 3 bedrooms (one master, and 2 for kids). There is also a play room in the basement for the kids.
