We live in a small town (22000 pop) 1 block from Ontario's 4th largest freshwater lake, an ice fishing/cross-country skiing haven. Older home/cottage with an 800 sq ft addition (2000 sq ft total). All upgraded: hardwood floors,ceramics, gas stove with grill/griddle, granite countertops and island, 3-sided fireplace, 2 large living rooms with 2 flat screen TV's with HD surround sound, DVD's/blu-ray, XBox 360, PS2 gaming systems, Hi speed internet. French doors, walkout to deck and 6 person hot tub with waterfall/lighting/stereo and Traeger BBQ. Jacuzzi tub in master ensuite with sky-light as well as main floor bath/shower/ glass bowel sink.
Our home is situated on a quiet,dead-end street 1 min. walk to playground/park, tobogganing hill. Beautiful gardens and landscaping. 1 block walking distance to lake featuring spectacular sunsets,restaurants,grocery store, 5 blocks to theater/cinema. 20 minutes to city with indoor 2-story mall, cinemas, 3 golf courses within minutes. 1 hour from ski/snowboarding and 70 minutes to Toronto and all the downtown nightlife.
