Our home is a modest bungalow style single family house. It is more than 30 years old with lots of character and lots of mature trees in the area. We are walking distance to all shopping, river, walking paths and the Cochrane Ranche! We have a fenced back yard with a trampoline and a fire pit. We are only 20 mins to the Rocky Mountains, skiing, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, and white water rafting. Only one hour to Banff townsite and three hours to hotsprings! The city of Calgary is only 10 mins east for all your big city fun!

We are a single family and our home is comfortable and cozy and we take care of it. It is an older home and has lots of character! we love to just get away to BC most of the time so if you want to just come and hang out let us know because we are more than happy to drive to our favorite province!
