Our lovely, sunny home is 2300 Sq. Has 3 BR. A large en-suite upstairs with a jetted tub as well as a shower and 2 bedrooms for the kids with shower/tub. A full mother-in-law suite in the walk-up basement with a separate entrance. Nice back yard with a large deck and green space. A beautiful front porch over looking the quiet street. Close to shopping and walking distance from playgrounds a big recreation centre with wave pool and more.
The best thing is THE MOUNTAINS. we are an hour from the Rockie Mountains which you can see from our big Bonus Room. Banff, Sunshine, Lake Louise, Nakiska are all very close. The mountains offer something for everyone. Anything from fishing and relaxing to challenging mountain bike trails. We have an attached garage that can fit 2 cars.
Our kids are 5 and 8. The house is full of toys and games and offers options for rainy, snowy or sunny days.
