1970's 4 level split house in the SouthWest end of the city with beautiful private backyard. Upstairs has master bedroom with two children's bedroom (appropriate for toddler and elementary age girls) and downstairs has two smaller bedrooms (each has a double bed). Cozy 1800 square feet of living space with a large kitchen, dining room, living room, open concept and downstairs livingroom, office w/treadmill in basement. We have a small dog that will be staying with friends for our vacation exchange. House is very close to the C-train which will take you right downtown - past the Stampede grounds, and to major tourist attractions (20 minute ride and 5 minute walk to the Calgary tower).
