Located center of Calgary, just on the edge of down town. Full house, with two floors. One hour drive from the Rocky Mountains. Wonderful city in the summer months, and great skiing in the winter. There is a tennis court, and park 1 block from the house. There is also a baby room, with crib, change table etc. Lots of toys for children from the age of 1 to 10. High end audiophile stereo, and flat screen TV. Large back yard (garden), with fire pit, and BBQ. Will also consider including car with exchange, which is a 2008 BMW 335xi
