A Modern 3 bedroom & study home on the canal
Three cats also live here so exchangers must be animal friendly.The home is centrally located between three main shopping areas, one is 1 km away, 4km away and the other is 6km. A smaller shopping centre is within 15 minutes walking distance, our local doctor, vet, post office, chemist, etc is located there. Public transport is also close by. Our home is air conditioned, but rarely use it, we get the sea breezes most of the day. We would also be interested in exchanging cars, ours is a Mitsubishi Diesel Pajero wagon 2005 model.

The Sunshine Coast’s beaches are regarded as some of the finest in Australia, extending virtually uninterrupted 60km from Caloundra in the south to Noosa Heads in the north. Here you will encounter Montville, the mountain village boasting many unique craft shops (15 minutes drive from Nambour), the panorama of the majestic Glasshouse Mountains, the magnificent ancient, sub-tropical rainforest of the Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve.

About Home Exchange Owners :

We are a retired couple in our 60’s; we tell people we are professional volunteers, spending many hours with the Australian Volunteer Coast Guard, we are active members of Neighborhood Watch in our area, you would also find us at the Caloundra Information center helping out visitors to the area. In our spare time we like to visit Australian National Parks and enjoy bush walking.
