A lowset brick home with inground swimming pool and separate entertaining/pool house equipped with fridge, sink, bbq and wok-burner.
Situated privately on top of a hill and at the end of a culdesac with the Lord Mayor of Brisbane living right next door, needless to say our neigbourhood is safe! The house is not large however it was renovated about 7 years ago. From our house it is a 5 minute drive to the city centre, 50 minutes south to the fabulous Gold Coast and 45 minutes north to our other beautiful beach area, the Sunshine Coast. Sub-tropical rainforests are within a 30 minute drive. Sydney is a one hour flight and flights are really cheap now. We have two cars we could make available and we would like to exchange with someone who could provide a vehicle. Photos coming. We have good friends who would be more than happy to assist newcomers either by making themselves available to help in any way they could. |
