Property: A two bedroom duplex town house with two bathrooms, open plan lounge dining opening onto balcony facing north with breathtaking views of Tura golf course and the surf breaking on Tura Beach from balcony lounge/dinning and Master bedroom . We take great pride in our house and it is neat very clean and tidy.
Location: Merimbula is the crowning gem of Australia's Sapphire Coast. Located at the halfway point between Melbourne and Sydney, ( 3 ½ hr drive to Canberra) this South Coast tourist town is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches, rainforests, lagoons, and mountains of the South Coast NSW. You can fly into Merimbula 1 hr from either Sydney or Melbourne Airport airport 10 min drive to house, or it's about a 6 or 7 hour car drive from Melbourne and Sydney. The beautiful township of Merimbula is situated overlooking the lagoon (5 minutes drive from the house) has some great cafes and restaurants. Activities available include walking/bushwalking, (lovely boardwalk walk around lagoon see pic) canoeing, golfing, (two golf courses - see photo- one close our house) swimming, surfing ,sailing, boating, fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, whale sightseeing at certain times of the year or just plain relaxing.
