I am seeking a vacation swap. I am seeking it during the following dates: Dec 25, 2011 to Jan 7, 2012 (or part thereof).

My apartment is in Sydney, Australia. It’s a luxury 2 bedroom apartment in an inner city area, Newtown, so it’s great for public transportation. It’s only 3 minutes walk to a train station and a restaurant and shopping strip where you will find hundreds of great cafes, restaurants and bars. There’s also three wonderful parks within walking distance.

Newtown is less than 10 minutes on the train to Central station and the city, and only two miles from the city, where you’ll find attractions like the Sydney Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. There’s direct transport also to Sydney beaches, with the closest Coogee Beach, near Bondi Beach, about 20 minutes away.

The apartment is over two levels, featuring two large balconies with district views, one with a gas BBQ for entertaining and one with a view towards Botany Bay.

The apartment is furnished with stylish Asian and African antique furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with all mod-cons including dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer in the internal laundry. Living room features a large-screen TV and media player.
