We have a beautiful 2 bedroom art-deco apartment on the absolute beach-front in the eastern suburbs of Sydney, Australia.
It's a great neighbourhood, we're right on the harbour with a deck with BBQ, table, beach chairs, etc. The photos show the view from the front window. There is a ferry that takes you into the city (10 min trip) a few minutes walk away, and a bus stop out the front. We're a 20 minute walk (2 minute drive) to Bondi Beach. It's 5km into the CBD. Our apartment is gorgeous in both the summer and winter here - summer is endless beach time, BBQs, beers on the deck, and winter means sunny cold days (about 15c is cold) and beautiful sunsets. We have a brand new hatchback which can be included in the swap if necessary. Ideally we're looking for a swap in Tasmania over the 2010 Christmas/New Year break. |
