Townhouse, 100 metres from ocean, bus stop at the front door, nicely furnished pretty courtyard, small block of units, fantastic location, central Gold Coast, wonderful beaches, I have lived here for 14 years and love it. Secure block and just walk across the road to beach voted cleanest beach for two years. Fantastic location, Unit is not big but was refurbished and decorated a couple of years ago and is really lovely and spotlessly clean. Great holiday location
