Our house was a Display Homes 1 year ago so it's new, clean, big and is only 6 minutes drive from the beach. Coffs Harbour is about half way between Sydney and Brisbane. There is a lovely view. The T.V. is big with surround sound. The shopping is 3 minutes away by car and Coffs Harbour is 10 minutes away which has shopping, dining, movies, etc. There is also the famous small town of Sawtell 6 minutes away with great restaurants, lots of beach culture and lots of fun for the whole family.
