Nice house in excellent location.
Within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, library, swimming pool, train station, buses... too many to mention.
It's not easy in Australia to find a house in such central location. Yet located on a very quiet street.

20' to Melbourne CBD by train or car.

We have a car and a caravan for use too. Great for going camping (must do in Australia)
