We are a couple in our mearly sixties, living on the lovely Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia, halfway between Noosa & Maroochydore. Our home backs onto a park & is just a leisurely 5 minute stroll via picturesque boardwalks, from a beautiful surf beach which stretches for miles.
Situated in a small residential enclave, our home has 4 bedrooms (3 generally available) 3 bathrooms, large open living & kitchen area, a study, double garage & saltwater pool & outdoor entertaining area.

The weather on the Sunshine Coast is delightful, our winter being very mild with water temperatures not generally falling below 20 - 22 degrees Celsius. In Summer temperatures are rarely over 30 - 32 degrees Celsius. If you like golf(3 top courses within 5 minute drive) walking, biking, fishing, swimming, shopping, dining, you will love our location. There are lots of tourist attractions nearby, such as Australia Zoo (Steve Irwin/crocodile hunter),& the Gold Coast (Surfer's Paradise) with theme parks Dreamworld, Movieworld & Seaworld only a 2 hour drive away. Noosa, Mooloolaba & Maroochydore are only 15 minutes by car (there is a bus service) & are reasonable sized towns with all amenities & great beaches. Coolum, just up the road is a seaside village with most amenities & lots of restaurants.

A domestic airport is situated 5 minutes away making it very easy for trips to Melbourne, Sydney etc. (Well priced airfares available with Virgin Blue).
