I live in a quiet but busy town leongatha is apart of the south gippsland area please google for amazing pictures and details. I am 20 mins from inverloch surf beach 20 mins from wonthaggi which has gorjouse shops aswell as a big W and coles bunnings warehouse and kmart 1.5 hrs drive to city and larger shopping shows and acctivities leongatha is a country area with loads to offer we have a large cinema connected with a wounderful resturant stadium 4 cinema and carinos leongatha has 2 well estabilished bar/bistro McCartins which is very livly on week ends mainly saturdays with entertainment and live DJ the also do poker night and pool comps, leongatha has a ymca indoor pool and basketball centre. There is also many shops target country and 2 supermarkets beautiful parks resturants and shops and main st all within walking distance. I have a large yard a fairly large house with kitchen dinning and lounge very neat and clean coming off the dinner is the backdoor and to the left laundry with large top loader washer large shower and toilet there is 2 main bedrooms 1 with built in robes both with queen size bed there is a 3rd wich has a toddlers bed my sons and wardrobe with many toys and a good selection of books dr suess mr men little golden books educational leap frog toys and lots of tractor car and truck toys we do have a large trampoline with net around and a built in wooden play equipment with baby/toddler swing and slide with cubby underneath ther is also a seperate bathroom with bath and bassine with heater and cupboard space. We also have a small verander at front door to wat ch the sun rise. In lounge is a hd tv with xbox 360 and heaps of dvds and games my house also has ducted heating and ceiling fans ample cupboard space in kitchen good size fridge very large and excelent oven/stove backyard is lockable.
