The comfortable lounge area is tasteully furnished with a leather chaise lounge, reading lamps, 42" remote control plasma television and D.V.D. Player, offering plenty of room for the whole family to relax.

Finished off with co-ordinated window-dressings throughout, the apartment offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

A telephone is available to keep in touch with family and friends from the comfort of the home. Local calls are free.

KITCHEN.

Overlooking the Dining area, the fully equipped kitchen includes - Electric oven and hotplate, eye-level microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, all cook ware, crockery, cutlery, glasses and the all-important Dishwasher - everything you require to prepare a meal with no need to do the washing up afterwards !

DINING AREA.

Situated beyond the lounge to the rear of the apartment and with views to the ocean through full-width patio doors, the Dining area can comfortably accommodate four people and is perfect for both formal and informal dining.

MASTER BEDROOM.

Overlooking the pool, the master bedroom has a Queen size bed,matching dressing table and bedside cabinets, reading lamps, and 32" LCD remote control television. Built-in wardrobes provide ample additional storage space.

The En Suite Bathroom, with shower, is smartly fitted with massive vanity mirror.

BEDROOMS 2and 3.

One Double and one single bed, each with matching headboards, drawer units, bedside cabinets, reading lamps and remote control televisions. Built-in wardrobes in each room provide ample additional storage.

Adjacent to bedrooms 2 & 3, the Second Bathroom is tastefully decorated and has both shower and bath facilities.

LAUNDRY

The laundry is adjacent to the main toilet and is seperated from the rest of the apartment by an internal door. A Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board are available for your use.

POOL.

The pool accommodates a shaded informal seating area, furnished with patio table and chairs - The ideal spot to cool off with a relaxing drink.

GARAGE.

The Garage sits below the aprtment and is at you disposal for private parking. Car sharing arrangements can also be discussed.

Conveniently located 75Klm north of Brisbane International Airport, (just 20 mins from Marrochydore Domestic Airport), and only 10 minute drive to Australia Zoo.

Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are all close-by and it is only a short ride to the bustling areas of Mooloolabah, Noosa and the scenic Glasshouse Mountains

There are also several first-class golf courses in the immediate vicinity, for those who like a round, and green fees tend to be reasonable.
