Exchange Zones

We offer our holiday apartment on the Gold Coast for either simultaneous or non-simultaneous exchange. It is permanently setup for visitors and is a comfortable two-bedroom apartment with great views over the water from every room.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, its own balcony and a generously sized ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, is adjacent to the main bathroom and also has great water views. A fifth person can be accommodated on a rollaway bed.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has all amenities.

All crockery, cutlery, and freshly laundered linen is included. Everything will be setup and ready for your arrival. You just walk in with your bags and start enjoying the life on the Gold Coast.

Unit 53 is regarded as the best of the units in the Bayview Bay complex, as it’s end position and height (north end, top floor) affords water views from every aspect. There is secure underground parking for two cars. A security tag system, throughout the complex, ensures security for you and your family, as well as your vehicles and personal belongings. Set amongst two acres of well cared for sub-tropical gardens and lawns, Unit 53 Bayview Bay is a wonderful location for your next holiday.

As one of our adult sons lives on the Gold Coast with his family, you will always have someone to contact for assistance with any unforseen circumstances.
