Architect designed modern 2 years old house. The house is located on the Central Cost of Australia. It is about 100 km north of Sydney and 10 km south of Newcastle. House is built on the hill above Dudley Beach - one of the most beautiful and pristine beaches in NSW. It has 3 double bedrooms, modern kitchen/dining, lounge room, separate computer and music rooms, 2 car garage, wine cellar etc. House also has a separate one bedroom self-contained apartment on the ground floor (50 m2). We can offer for exchange either the house or this apartment. Both of them enjoy ocean views from most rooms. It is possible to walk to the beach. We have two gardens: a formal front yard garden and a mostly native garden at the back with plenty of local fauna - cockatoos, kookaburra birds, rosella parrots, and possums, which will eat from your hand.
