Welcome to our luxury Skyhome (Penthouse) which is due for completion in October 2009. Sorry we have no photos as the moment, but you can look at this website to give you an idea: http://www.focusliving.com.au/index.htm

Our apartment is 3 bedrooms over two floors. The master bedroom is on level 8 with a 70 sqm terrace. You will have uninterrupted views to the ocean into the sunny northeast, with complete privacy. On level 7 are two bedrooms and the main living dining areas all furnished with up to date furniture and fittings.

Our apartment is over the road from the second biggest shopping complex in Australia and is a major hub for transport into Brisbane city and Southbank where we have our galleries and live theatres.

A little about ourselves: We (Denise and Terry) love to travel whenever our jobs permit. We have been house exchanging since 2003 and have made many wonderful friends and seen new places. We are in our mid 50s, non smokers, and are very neat and tidy.

We are in our mid 50s and still working. We love to travel when time permits and are experienced house exchangers. We are happy to do non-simultaneous exchanges, and are okay with having "credits" a couple of years in the future. We have no plans to travel to Europe during your summer, and we prefer to travel in September/October.
