THE CENTER OF ATTENTION – Within an hour of everything from theme parks to island camping, fishing, sports and wildlife experiences - My beautiful air-conditioned, tastefully furnished and decorated 3 bedroom / 1 bathroom raised level house in the quiet outer suburbs of Greater Brisbane is just the place to come and relax after experiencing the parks/islands/beaches and more that this amazing part of Australia has to offer.

LOUNGE.

The comfortable lounge area is tastefully furnished with matching 2 & 3 seater sofas (the 3 seater can easily double as a bed for someone of 6’), coffee table, 40" remote control television and D.V.D. Player, offering plenty of room for the whole family to relax.

With hardwood floors throughout, the home offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

There is no telephone connected, however pre-paid mobile/cell phones are available at any local retailer.

KITCHEN.

Overlooking the Dining area, the fully equipped kitchen includes - Electric stove and oven, eye-level microwave, refrigerator / freezer, kettle, toaster, all cook ware, crockery and cutlery – everything you need to prepare and enjoy amazing meals together.

DINING AREA.

Situated between the lounge and kitchen area, the dining area can comfortably accommodate six people and is perfect for both formal and informal dining.

REAR DECK
The near deck is raised a full storey above ground level and spans the entire width of the house. With a 4-burner BBQ (grill) it is a great place to enjoy a meal or a good book while sharing the space with the native birds.

MASTER BEDROOM.

Situated at the front of the house, the master bedroom has a Queen-size bed with carved Australian hardwood headboard, matching dressing table and bedside cabinets and reading lamps. A built-in closet with double full-length mirrors provides ample additional storage space.


BEDROOMS 2 and 3.

Bedroom 2 overlooks the deck at the rear of the house and has a Queen-size bed with matching headboards and bedside cabinets, reading lamps and remote control air-conditioning. Built-in closets provide ample additional storage.

Bedroom 3 is currently used as a study area but has ample room for mattress and this can be organised hassle-free upon request.
BATHROOM.
The renovated bathroom is located near bedrooms 2 and 3 and has a shower and a bath for after those long days exploring.


GRAGE / LAUNDRY AREA.

Accessible externally via the rear of the house, the remote controlled Garage is at your disposal for private parking and can accommodate 2 medium vehicles.

Located at the rear of the garage are laundry facilities including a Washing Machine and wash basin. Iron and Ironing Board are located upstairs within the study area.

Conveniently located next to Mt Cotton Rd, my home is just 15min from the M1 freeway in the picturesque suburb of Capalaba in eastern Brisbane.

The area enjoys an enviable location that is both secluded and tranquil being 5 min from Mt Cotton and Sheldon bushland, whilst still being close to all the major shopping centres and facilities. It is a short drive to Cleveland and the Stradbroke Is. Ferry, or Port of Brisbane and the Moreton Island ferry. Both islands are amazing places for hiking, camping, boating, fishing and any other outdoor activity you can think of.
