A modern sunny house situated in a quiet suburb 3k from Byron CBD. There are 4 bedrooms, the largest of which has an ensuite and opens onto a deck.It contains a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and the other two bedrooms each have single beds. The lounge contains TV, video, DVD and stereo. There is a small dining area adjoining the compact, modern kitchen. The sub-tropical garden contains many palms which give privacy on the deck, running the whole length of the house. There is a BBQ for outdoor cooking. Byron Bay has many lovely beaches and the nearest - Sunrise Beach - is a 10 minute walk or a short cycle ride. There are 2 bikes provided with the house. This is the most easterly point in Australia and during the whale migrating season hump-back whales can usually be seen from the headland. For the energetic nearby Mount Warning can be climbed in a half day and affords a great view of the beautiful countryside. The nearest international airport is Brisbane, Queensland which is approx. 175k away, however shuttle buses run between the airport and Byron Bay daily.
