We live directly opposite the beach. The amazingly beautiful Pacific Ocean is at your doorstep. Just cross the road, and you're there. It's phenomenal. Large backyard, but also opposite a large park.
Easy walking distance to shops and public transport. 10 mins drive to restuarant and bar / nightclub strip, 15 mins to major shopping centre. Australia Zoo 20 mins drive. Brisbane - 1 hr drive.
Use of our boat (if you have transportation with a tow bar).
