LIVING AREA:
The lounge room, dining room and kitchen are modern open plan living, newly renovated. Slate flooring with large rug in lounge room. We have 2 three seater couches (one is double sofa bed) and 2 one seaters. This large room has a fireplace for cooler months (June - August) and aircon for the warmer months (October - March)

BEDROOMS:
All carpeted with fresh neutral paint. 1 main bedroom with queen size bed and dressers. Large built in robe. 2nd bedroom also with built in and single bed. 3rd room is currently used as study with desk and 24inch computer screen - can be connected to free TV and used for watching movies.
