Bsement/garden flat in quiet block of 6 in Bondi Junction. Front and back door, with back opening to shared outside space. Two good sized bedrooms, both with double beds and DVD players, renovated bathroom and kitchen, lounge with large TV, DVD player and two sofas. No pets sorry - the strata doesn't allow them. The flat is about 10 minutes walk to Bondi Junction train/bus interchange. From there, it's very easy to get to the CBD, Harbour Bridge, Opera House etc - about 20 minutes by public transport. You can walk to Bondi Beach, or several other beaches in less than 30 minutes, or catch one of the many buses there and back.The international airport is 50 minutes via public transport, or about 20 by taxi/car. There is no parking at the flat. Centennial Park is nearby, for biking and feeding the birds. Great walking around the city, and in the bush - very easy to reach the Royal National and Kuringai National Parks on the train.

About Home Exchange Owners :

I am a single female aged 55, working as a Registered Nurse full time. I come from Scotland, from where I have done many successful swaps. I have lived in Sydney for 10 years, and have swapped twice in this time, from my present property. Interested in Europe, where I woulld hope my family from Scotland could come to stay - so at least 2 bedrooms, possibly 3, and in Scottish school holidays, if possible.Other destinations, I will probably travel with one friend, so one bedroom would suit us.
