Outdoor spa, outdoor shower and a walk to the beach all set for a beach holiday.

A great entertainer. Large bi-folds doors fold back onto a renovated entertaining deck with built in BBQ leading down onto lawn.

Four bedroom house, open-plan living area with plasma screen built into the wall and surround sound and apple tv. User-friendly kitchen with stainless steel appliances and dishwasher.

Renovated during 2011 to include an upstairs Parents Retreat. It has an ensuite with free standing bath, rosebud shower head and marble top benches with heated floor. A built-in plasma screen maintains separate relaxation area for upstairs occupants with concertina windows looking onto the lawn as well as spacious walk-in wardrobe.

The bedding configuration downstairs sleeps 6 and consists of a loft-style double bed, a queen bed and a dedicated children's bedroom with kids bunk beds.

Air conditioning in main room, portable fans in downstairs bedroom and fixed fans available. Bathroom downstairs has a shower over the bath.

The back garden is enclosed with outdoor table, reasonable size lawn area, swing and enclosed spring-free trampoline. Children's books and toys available to use.

The front lawn area is enclosed and can accommodate secure off-street parking with an automatic gate. Gardens are newly renovated and tropical.

We LOVE living here. I went for a run today in our local area and was reminded of how beautiful our local surrounds are. Waterways, boats, ocean....Amazing. This is an area of Sydney that is popular for overseas people to come and holiday in. From our home we can walk into the village to cafes, the cinema, stores, supermarket, golf course, the beach, tennis courts, yoga and more.

We did a home exchange to Canada in January 2010 and both parties were so happy, both with the accommodation, the location, the help we gave each other in regard to information and logisitcs. We are happy to provide references.

We may also consider a vehicle exchange.

Family of 5 (including 3 children under 11), we are an outdoors family and are considerate of other people's property. We would love the same consideration back.

We swapped our home for a month to a condo in Canada and had an absolutely amazing time. We are keen to do it again soon to a new location.
