Several daily flights and a train connect Armidale to Sydney. Armidale is just 2 hours drive to the beautiful Central Coast and Coffs Harbour along the spectacular Waterfall Way. some of Australia's most beautiful and accessible National Parks including Oxley Wild Rivers, Girraween, Guy Fawkes are all an easy drive from Armidale. Our home is in an elevated area of Armidale's north hill.

We are about 20 mins. drive or train from the domestic and international airports. The main north/south highways are easily accessible and within 2 hours you can be enjoying the beautiful beaches and hinterland national parks of Byron Bay or the Gold Coast, or the glitz and shopping of Surfers Paradise. Driving north within 2 hours will have you in the lovely Sunshine Coast towns of Maroochydore or Moolooloobah, famous Australia Zoo or swimming and dining along internationally known Noosa Heads Beach

We are Christine and Robert. In our early 60's now retired and rearing to go! We enjoy walking and any destinations which can be enjoyed on foot. Robert is a keen film buff and good cook.
