Rotorua New Zealand is the heart of the geothermal wonderland and is rich in history and Maori culture.

Our comfortable homestay B&B is ideally situated in the heart of Rotorua CBD making it an easy walk to restaurants, shops, the lake front or the geothermal parks.

We have 2 well-appointed stylish rooms with dedicated bathrooms and comfortable beds. Rooms also include tea and coffee making facilities, a TV and a mini-bar with a selection of drinks and snacks available.

Guests are free to use the shared lounge which has a distinct Balinese style décor and dining area and we have a sunny clothing optional garden and courtyard area with a deluxe spa pool and sun-loungers.

We have free Wi-Fi and offer free transfers to the airport or CBD. Check our website for further information.

The i-SITE tourist information centre is your gateway to all of Rotorua's many attractions. Visit the natural thermal wonders and see boiling mud pools, geysers and steaming fumaroles. Learn about our Maori culture and heritage or visit the site of the once famed Pink and White Terraces.

There are many adventure activities to do in Rotorua from white water rafting to rolling down a hill in an inflatable ball! The Polynesian Spa is a World Top 10 spa where you can bathe in the soothing mineral waters or indulge in a wonderful spa treatment.

We advise a minimum of three nights to appreciate this truly amazing city.

NZ$145 is for two people in Room 1 with ensuite bathroom and direct access to spa pool.
Single price for Room 1 is NZ$115.

The other room we have (called Room 2) has a dedicated bathroom across a hallway and has a queen bed and a king-single bed.
Price for this room is NZ$130 double, and NZ$100 single. Additional person in this room is NZ$30.

Breakfast daily is inclusive of the tariff. Free WiFi.
Payment is by cash on arrival in NZ dollars only. Sorry we do not have card facilities.
