Many things are FREE at the Villa as you will see. Only for the accommodation we have to charge a tiny little bit. Do not worry! Our guests point out time and again that our prices are very moderate, even for Niagara Falls. Some even state that we have the best deal around. Guarantee: If you have a lesser priced written offer for a private accommodation with the same or *better* quality as ours we just MATCH or BEAT this price!

The Villa is ideally located. In a few minutes you may walk from the Villa to the Falls, Casino Niagara, Niagara’s Fun Street Clifton Hill and other Tourist Attractions.
You can see the river banks of the Niagara River -only 1 short block away- from the Villa (Sorry, not the water. The water has dug in very deep over thousands of years). Down by the river you’ll have a breathtaking view of the Niagara River Gorge with its wildlife. There are many species of birds (even hawks and falcons) fish, flowers and other beautiful plants.
The Villa is a gorgeous house; air conditioned, with modern, tasteful furnishings and carpeted floors; Bright and open. Just like your hosts! This B&B is health inspected and licensed!
Around the house you see a lot of green plants and trees (we like green and have a green policy). We are constantly improving many things in the yard and hope this will soon be like a Garden of Eden.
You just have to love it! Nothing else is possible! You will see!
For the young ones: There is a very nice playground only approx. 100 m away. A real Eldorado for your kids! It is safe. Almost no traffic on the road.

A room/suite in this house would be just perfect for you and will surpass all your expectations.
There are 2 Superior Suites: The grand room in each has a bath room ensuite and a walk-in-closet! You sleep very well on the queen bed. On the other side is a pull-out-sofa for 2 to sleep. Add cot/mattress and up to 5 may sleep. The other room in the DOMINO Suite has a white queen bed; 6-7 people may sleep in this suite. The PINE Suites grand room has the same features; the 2nd room has a sofa bed for 2 (or a double bed) and a twin or cot. This way 7 to 8 people can sleep; a bit crowded, but workable.
The 2 Excellent Suites. have a comfy queen bed in 1 room and a twin bed plus pull-out-sofa for 2 in the other. Up to 5 people can sleep in each suite.
All suites have 2 rooms and a bath room, all very private. A TV is in every room and in every suite a hair dryer, clock radio and a fridge.
For Reunions, Weddings etc.: In all suites together 24 people can sleep.

The DOMINO SUITE
The grand room has a bath room ensuite and a walk-in-closet! You sleep very well on the comfy queen bed. On the other side of the room is a pull-out-sofa for 2 to sleep. If the sofa is not needed for sleeping you will have a nice sitting area. Add a cot and up to 5 may sleep. A fridge is also in this room. The second room in the DOMINO Suite has a white queen bed; 6-7 people may sleep in this suite. In every room is a TV and a hairdryer and clock radio in the suite.
