A denied exchange!

ID: 1223972758444 our property
We hosted a couple of San Francisco in 2010 in both our homes in Tuscany for ten days with the promise of sharing in the following year or after, being second homes. On 2012 we asked to return the exchange to be carried out in summer, but the apartment had been rented temporarily (the two owners wrote) and have never wanted to respond to our repeated requests email.
So NO EXCHANGE!
For this reason we will never make more home exchange with promises of more than a year!
