Great street level apartment on a beautiful street. Unbeatable location! Skytrain and main bus routes all within a 5min walk, and downtown is just a short walk across the Cambie bridge over False Creek. The seawall and Granville Island are just minutes away. Great variety in dining all within a two block radius including Earls, Cactus Club, and numerous Sushi, Thai, Indian, etc. The apartment itself is very bright and spacious (600 sq. ft) with a huge patio. The kitchen, dining, living and bedroom are all very spacious and comfortable. Everything is clean and well-maintained. You won't find a better deal than this!
