This lovely ocean view home is 25 minutes from the Vancouver, BC airport in the U.S. tourist town of Point Roberts, WA. (look at map to see--Point Roberts is a peninsula cut off from the rest of continental U.S., accessible only through Canada.) You can be in the thick of downtown Vancouver in about 35-45 min. Ferries to beautiful Vancouver Island are about 10-15 minutes away. House is on a lake which allows swimmers and boating (no motors). Georgia Strait is right across the street, so you can see the orca pods go by in the summer, and sailboats at all times of the year. Look to the west and see Vancouver Island. Mount Baker you can see from the sunroom on most days. Vancouver mountains from the dining room; and the San Juan islands from the living room and kitchen. Living is upstairs, and bedrooms down. See lovely sunsets over the lake from the master bedroom.
