The whole property and therefore the accommodation offered comprises two adjacent buildings: the apartment and the house that can be rented separately. It has the capacity for 2, 3 or 4 and 5 and 6 if you rented both of the buildings.

The farm buildings are located on the side of the mountain range Sierra de los Vientos.

Apartment - The apartment is an open space of about 30 m2 and is decorated, cozy, warm and romantic. The floor is fired earth tiles and the structure is old restored beams. It is ideal for couples although it may include an extra bed for child.
It consists of two large single beds (1M wide each) with the possibility of being united with one king bed sheets only. It has a kitchen worktop with dishwasher, fridge, induction hob and microwave.
The apartment has a bathroom with toilet, bidet, large shower, toilet and heated towel decorated with rustic handmade tiles.
Above the apartment you can find a big “hórreo” to which you can have access if it is free. The hórreo is an old wood structure that served humdred years ago as a place of food storage. Currently I have equipped it to perform yoga, meditation, gymnastics…
Between the apartment and the horreo there is semi open precious and cozy perfect space for lunch or dinner. Also its available at your disposal and is included with the standard rate.
Also available we have tables, chairs and umbrella to eat in the garden, and two sun loungers.
Main house - Next to the apartment is the main house of the farm which is also for rent. It holds up to 5 people. With three bedrooms. One with a master bed (1.50m wide) with concealed dressing area. One bedroom has a bunk bed to sleep up to two, through which you find the attractive bathroom. Then the last bedroom has a single bed and is accessible only through the master bedroom. It would be possible to put an extra bed or extra beds for children as I said before. The house has a very nice large room and a large kitchen with beautiful rustic old wood stove/cooker, the kitchen is open plan to the lounge. The people who would rent the house has access to use the semi open lunch/dinner space, the hórreo and the outdoor spaces. These would be common spaces in the case when both locations would be rented at the same time. We have two wooden stoves and a gas heater.

ENVIRONMENT
From my farm you can see the valley of the mountains and forests. From the location you ascend the mountain via several tracks and hiking trails. There is also a river near a very nice accessible hidden waterfall. Only 4 km far is the Playa de la Concha Artedo, which recently has been restored with a lovely walk among trees, vegetation and the river that will lead to the beach. So you can enjoy everything: mountains, sea and river. On this beach there are very good vale restaurants with terraces, still not a very touristy beach. 8km from the house is Cudillero, before arriving we find a supermarket and a gas station.

ACTIVITIES AND ATTRACTIONS
The “main attraction” next to the apartment are my neighbor Marilo´s cows. She has cows, horses, rabbits, chickens, cats ... is in the same town but enough far to avoid any odor.

There is also the possibility of hiking the same mountain village, to search of the river which has a waterfall, to go see "eucaliptón" a huge eucalyptus trunk, and to do horseback riding with my friend Jesus that has a school about 6 km, between Salamir and Lamuño.

The nearest beach is the beautiful Playa de la Concha Artedo, it is between two mountains. There are other beautiful beaches as the Playa del Silencio and Vallina, both paradisiacal beaches which have not yet been reached by the masses. The two are no more than 15 km from the apartment. There are other popular beaches like El Aguilar in town Muros de Nalón and San Pedro Soto de Luiña, very close to Corollos place.
