Cycle along the beautiful swan river, hire a boat and go crabbing in the mandurah esturary. Dine in many diverse restaurants. See the kangaroos, koalas, wombats and all the usual animals at Perth Zoo. I am 15 mins hillarys boat harbour which has beautiful beaches, fishing, surfing and snorkelling and jet sking on the swan river. Golf courses and horse riding are within easy distance.

I have a 3 bedroom house, with a large games room, has a pool table, large gas bbque outside, I am situated 20 mins from the CBD, 10 mins to nearest train station and the bus stop is around the corner.The house is air conditioned with broadband internet, large modern kitchen with all mod cons. ,
