We live in a house with a lovely garden in the pleasant community of West Vancouver. We are 5-minutes walk to the beach, sea walk, tennis courts, 3-par golfing, shops and restaurants. 15-minutes walk to a big shopping centre. 10-minutes walk from the recreation center and swimming pool. The bus stop is 2-minutes away. Golf courses are nearby. Downtown Vancouver and Stanley Park is 20 minutes by bus. By car: 2 hours from Whistler, 20 minutes from the local ski hills with lots of hiking in the summer, 20 minutes to the ferry terminal (to middle of Vancouver Island), and 1-hour to the other ferry terminal (to Victoria).
